Urban Outdoors, Inc. ("Outerly," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Outerly platform, including our website at outerly.co and our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

‍We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
‍With Other Participants
‍When you join a walk, other participants on that walk will see your first name and any pronouns you have provided. Walk details visible to your group may include the general neighborhood and time of the walk.
‍With Service Providers
‍We share information with vendors who help us operate the Service, including:
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
Brevo — email delivery and marketing automation
Postmark — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, receipts, account notices)
ActiveCampaign — email marketing and customer communications
Supabase — database hosting and infrastructure
Google Analytics — website and app usage analytics (see Section 1 for opt-out options)
These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

‍For Legal Reasons
‍We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Urban Outdoors, Inc., our users, or the public.

‍Business Transfers
